Singapore has neither acknowledged the harm caused by the use of explosive weapons in populated areas (EWIPA) nor committed to action to prevent EWIPA use.

Statements

Singapore participated in the Conference on the Protection of Civilians in Urban Warfare in October 2019 in Vienna but it did not issue any statement on the subject.[1]
